Bijoux, a collab with The Kernel Brewery of London.

We are excited to release ‘Bijoux’, a Grisette style ale with Brett that we brewed in collaboration with The Kernel Brewery of London. Similar to a saison, this 5% beer is bright and refreshing with a complex flavor profile. This is a very small batch and available on draft at our Hammond brewpub.
