Chef Goodall and his kitchen crew have been cooking up a Ramen masterpiece that will be featured this Thursday, April 21st. Pork belly, house-made chili sauce, a soft boiled egg, veggie garnishes, and noodles all in a slow cooked 72 hr house-made Tonkatsu broth.
