Our pan seared White Fish is quite the catch! This Great Lakes White Fish is seared to perfection and served with Shishito roasted potatoes with fennel and celery root, pickled white onions and fresh herbs all on a bed of Shishito pepper puree. Available all day, every day at our Hammond Brewpub!
